>>> DSA Fleet Driver Trainer Course

This is a four day course designed for direct entry to the DSA register of fleet driver trainers (car)

  • This 4 day course is for a maximum of 3 candidates, however wherever possible it will be restricted to 2 candidates in order to strike a sensible balance between personal attention, interaction, course duration and cost.
  • To be admitted on the course you must be a fully qualified driving instructor.
  • The course includes tests which must be passed in order to qualify.
  • All course tutors are fully qualified driving instructors on the fleet training register and on the ORDIT register of driving instructor trainers.
  • Candidates should have Cardington, Diamond Special Test or a pre course driving assessment.

Day 1 - Outlines course, theory test, driving assessments and discussion on corporate driver training
Day 2 - Discuss topics for presentation, practical coaching sessions and report writing
Day 3 - Coaching sessions
Day 4 - Coaching tests, driving tests and presentations

Other handouts and forms will be provided throughout the course.

Note: It is possible to break down the course to one day per week over 4 weeks to accommodate instructors with a busy workload and to reduce the expense through loss of income.
